STORE POLICIES

Refund Policy:

Before you receive your item: We do not issue refunds unless you order has a high fraudulent alert or unless we go past our time frame.

After you receive your item: Here at The Liyah J Collection, we do not issue refunds/returns do the sanitary reasons. Please stay safe.

Expedited Shipping: 

For customers who have a time-sensitive order we have added a shipping option for Expedited Handling at check out. When choosing this option the order will be prioritized for production in 3-4 days. If we have a stock issue affecting production of your order, we will contact you by email and refund the handling fee if necessary. 

Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 we are unable to offer a faster shipping method to international customers at this time, but we will still prioritize production of the order if this shipping option is selected at check out.

Standard Shipping:

Our goal is ship your order within 1-3 business weeks from receipt, but this can vary based on order volume or stock supply. Often the turnaround is much quicker, but sometimes it can be a little longer as well. If there are unusual delays with your order production, we will contact you via email to let you know, and you can also view these messages from your account on the website. We know that our customers are excited to receive their products and are eager for updates, so each day we update the current shipping status on the right column of the website to indicate which day’s orders are currently in production and being shipped. We will do our best to get your items out as quickly as possible!

You should receive a confirmation email once your order is placed which contains your order details. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder! If we have any questions about your order, we may send additional emails so please make sure theliyahjcollection@gmail.com is on your approved sender list!

Once your order ships you should receive another email that includes a tracking number. All US orders are sent via First Class mail with tracking, and typically take 3-5 days for delivery by the post office. We are located in Memphis, TN, so the length of time for delivery depends on your location relative to us.

Orders outside of the US are sent via First Class International. Tracking is provided by the USPS while the package is in the US but may not be available once the package leaves the country.

We ship all of our products in cushioned bubble envelopes and 6x3x2 shipping boxes, but sometimes damage does happen! If you notice any defects when your receive your package, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can make it right!

Custom Items:

All custom items take:

1-5 business weeks for processing and 1-3 days shipping. Please email us for questions and concerns. 

Return/Exchange Policies:

If there is a problem with your order when you receive it, such as an incorrect or damaged item, please let us know upon receipt and we will make it right!

If you find that you accidentally ordered the wrong size or need to exchange for another reason, we are happy to edit your order on Shopify to ensure you receive the correct size and/or color. Just endure that you inform us of this before we ship off your item. However, if you see that you have ordered the incorrect size after we have shipped your case: please email us so we can solve this misunderstanding. Theliyahjcollection@gmail.com 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any other reason, please email us to let us know the problem and we will get back to you 1-2 hours tops!

Please note that while we do strive to offer cases that are both affordable and protective, we do not guarantee to prevent all damage to your device. 

 

After we ship your item, it is in the hands of USPS. So please contact your local USPS so they can give you further information on your package! 

Return to Sender Policy: 

If your package says “Failed” or “Returned to sender” it is most likely because you did not enter your correct address when purchasing from our company. To get your package re-shipped you must pay $3.30, to cover your shipping price. When you purchase you are agreeing to this.
